Our medium sized, family-owned client in the plastic processing industry is looking for an Administrative assistant.

They have more than 40 years of know-how in the production of plastic canisters and drums with hazardous goods approval. Over the recent years the company has grown strongly and this moment they have locations in Belgium, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Germany and a distribution center in Poland.

Wat wij vragen

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Ideally professional experience in a comparable position
  • Independent, structured and careful way of working
  • Experience with ERP systems and a confident handling of MS-Office
  • Good English skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly manner

Wat wij bieden

  • Recording and processing of incoming orders from order confirmation to invoicing
  • Supporting of the scheduling department in all necessary matters (rescheduling, freight requests, etc.)
  • Maintaining the customer database
  • Preparation of delivery notes and loading lists in consultation with colleagues
  • General administrative tasks
  • Supporting colleagues in any special projects and in day-to-day business
