We are looking for a machine operator (m/f) for our client, who is a leading retailer of school and office items, decoration and catering equipment, packaging and much more. We manage the retail network and catering customers throughout Belgium and Luxembourg from our head office in Temse.
You operate a complex production line for the production of napkins, placemats and/or table rolls. You control the entire production process, from raw material to the end product. You hereby perform all actions necessary to ensure that this process runs smoothly. All this within the usual agreements i.v.m. quality, speed and stability.
You also take care of the preparation of the work orders. The adjustments and adjustments of this machine line are fully part of your task package. You work standing up and often walk back and forth between the machines.
You are responsible for the technology on and in the machine. However, you also help with the repetitive work on the machine line such as the packing section, unstacking…. In addition, you take into account the existing environmental and safety regulations and you wear the prescribed personal protective equipment.
You maintain an open relationship with your direct manager, in which all shortcomings or ambiguities are reported.
